We will be releasing an update to all Hubs Saturday, March 31st. If you have any issues please see below.
If you are a iPhone or iPad user and do not have automatic updates set up, follow the below steps:
- Open the Apple App Store on your device
- Select 'Updates' on the bottom selector bar
- Pull down on the top of the screen to refresh the list of apps
- The Hub app should now appear on the list with an option to select 'update'. Please click and once complete, re-open The Hub.
If all the above steps do not solve the problem, please delete The Hub from your device and re-install it from the Apple App Store
